I started at a small title company back in 2001, I was new to the real estate world but very intrigued. Throughout the years, how we do things, has changed so much. I love the fastpaced environment and creating new relationships. I’ve worked with a lot of strong successful woman who helped guide and teach me what it takes to get the job done.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have been married to my partner in crime for 10 years. My husband is an Ironworker who has worked on many Minnesota bridges and stadiums. We have two boys, one of which graduated from Lakeville North in 2021 and is now living in Minneapolis attending Dunwoody. Our youngest is a 5th grader at Cherry View Elementary and enjoys playing hockey and snowboarding at Buck Hill. He just recently started paying the trombone.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I started in what we call “production” when I first got into title. This meant a lot of typing, proofing, obtaining, and reviewing real estate documents. I then moved onto the closing side, helping people through the process of selling, buying, and refinancing homes and investment properties. Most importantly paying attention to fine detail to ensure there are no errors at closing. Problems arise and I have a team of people who help resolve those issues. What I love most about my job is watching an agent hand over keys once the closing is complete!

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
I am thrilled that Lakeville has more choices for eating out these days! My go to is probably Teresa’s because the kids love it so much. I am also a fan of Lakeville Brewery; it’s an awesome place for families to hang out but also delicious food. Being from Lakeville, I must also give Babes some love, my husband and I met there 14 years ago. I also love a good Fuchi or Nautical bowl.  And I also enjoy eating at The Better Half downtown Lakeville.

Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I was raised in this great town of Lakeville and still reside here now. I graduated from Lakeville High School, which is now considered Lakeville North. Go Panthers! My office is in The Great Southern Bank Building.

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
Anywhere with a beautiful ocean always works for me! A few that are on my bucket list would be Italy, Greece, and Czechoslovakia. My great grandparents came to America from Czechoslovakia and owned a farm in Montgomery, MN. I’d love to travel there someday to get to know my heritage a bit more.
