Dale has always wanted to own his own company. He worked his way into this career path through mowing lawns and gaining experience through other landscaping companies.

“Nothing good comes easy” is a quote that was instilled in Dale growing up. He has lived by this saying and the foundation of his company is based on this belief. Hard work doesn’t come easy but it sure can produce some amazing results!

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
We are a family of 4. Jack 11 and Laney 10. Both kids are active in hockey. Jack also plays football and baseball. Laney will be trying softball this coming year. When we aren’t running around for sports, we like to travel and spend time at our cabin.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
We own a Landscaping company that Dale started 10 years ago, Wolf Landscaping. He has been in the landscaping business for 20 years. The best thing about Landscaping is transforming a space that people can enjoy with their families and friends.

Lakeville has some great restaurants…the one we most frequent is B52 Burger and Brews. The owner and staff are great and so is the food. It’s hard to pick just one thing Ahi Tuna, Tenderloin Bites, The Carlton and the Stir Fry Bowl.

We have lived in Lakeville since 2003 and bought our first home in 2004.

Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
We have met many people in Lakeville but as far as an “interesting person” Mary Fritz, owner of Board and Batten. We would nominate her for the Faces of Lakeville because she cares about her community and is constantly giving back.

Polynesian islands for the quiet, gorgeous blue water is somewhere we have always thought about going.

Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?

When we first moved to Lakeville we attended “pan-o-prag”. We had no idea what to expect and when we experienced our first 4 hour parade, we were hooked.

In a rink watching our kids play hockey or out on a field watching their other sports. In 10 years carrying on the family business.

Our time we spend at the cabin. It is always fun even if it’s for a short period of time.
